  1. Can I install these decals myself?

All of our decals are cut and made ready to install. Some take more patience and experience than others; but, if you do not feel confident in completing the install yourself, professional installation is recommended.

  1. Why are big multi-colored decals shipped in a single layers, and everyone else is shipping in 2 different layers?

We use printable wrap vinyl and are able to design and print in multicolor format due to our state-of-the-art printer, without having the need to layer different color vinyl

  1. Why is the shipping cost only $5 on orders under $50?

The low shipping cost will merely cover the packaging material used to protect your order. To make the transaction easier on everyone, we cover the shipping cost on all orders shipped to CONUS over $50 (excludes HI and AK)

  1. Do you offer Military discount?

Absolutely! As a military family ourselves, we offer discounts to Military Service Members, First responders and Teachers. Please use the GovX verification link to receive your code and apply this during checkout.

  1. Can I pick up my order, if I am local to Jacksonville, Fl?

Of course you can. Please send us a message to set up your pick up, these are set by appointment only.

  1. Do you offer installation, if I am local to Jacksonville, Fl?

Of course we do. Installation appointments must be coordinated at least a week in advance; installation rate is $55 an hour, total labor required will be directly dependent on the design purchased and fees will be collected when your appointment is made and your vehicle must be dropped off, there is no waiting room available. 

  1. What if the color I want is not listed on the page?

Please contact us prior to placing your order. If you have a special vinyl color in mind, please check the color Pantone on the color chart page to se the abundant color choices; you simply tell us the code of the color chosen in the note to seller, in the checkout page, there will be no additional cost required.

  1. Can you make a completely custom design?

We can certainly make a design for you. Contact us so that we can determine the time and cost for your custom design; increased processing time may apply, design cost may or may be required depending on your request.

  1. Do you only make Jeep decals?

No, we cater to all vinyl requests. We have other models ready to ship in our Non-Jeep decal section, or predesigned decals can be made to your dimensions requested.

  1. Can I see the design prior to shipping it?

We can send a digital rendering to your email address on file, if you request it during checkout. If you request a rendering, we will wait for your approval prior to cutting your order.

  1. Why do you not have the decals in stock and ready to ship?

All of our orders are made for you and only after the order has been placed. The vast amount of different combinations available makes it impossible for us to stock. So, please understand that we take the time to make this specifically for you.

  1. Why is there no refund option?

Same reason we may take a certain amount of time to process the order for you, is the reason we can’t grant refunds. This is made for you and we cannot sell the order to someone else, once it has been shipped to you.

  1. What if the order is damaged?

We stand by our products. Please check the packaging and your order in its entirety, if something is damaged during shipping, contact us ASAP to report the shipping damage, with pictures of the packaging and damaged items, and we will determine a replacement to send out, if required.

  1. What if I damage the order during installation?

If the items are damaged during installation, we will not replace it free of charge, but we can determine a replacement cost for the damaged pieces and may offer a lower cost for the damaged pieces. Don’t be that guy and try to slide a damaged install as a shipping damage, it is easy to figure this out.
