Custom Design: Your Idea, Done Right

I'm Richard, and Sticky Vinylz is a one-man, veteran-owned shop in the Green Cove Springs / Jacksonville, FL area. I design, print and cut every graphic myself. If you have something in mind that isn't in the store, I'd love to build it. To keep things fair and fast for everyone, custom design work follows the process below, and design time is paid.

Before you start

• Want a ready-made kit? Most people find what they need in my Best Sellers: hood inserts, tailgate kits, side fenders and more for Jeep, Bronco, Mustang, Frontier and others. They ship faster and cost less than custom work.
• Only need a different color? That's not custom design. Pick any color from the Color Chart and add the code in the order notes at checkout, at no extra cost.
• Have a ready-to-print file? Great. Choose "Yes, vector file" in the form below. It usually means little or no design time.

How it works

1. Send your request. Fill out the form below. The more detail, the better the quote. Requests missing sizes or vehicle info can't be quoted.
2. I review and quote. Within 1–2 business days I'll email you a quote with the estimated design time, the vinyl price and the turnaround. If your idea won't work well in vinyl, I'll tell you up front.
3. Pay the design fee to start. Design time is billed through the Design Fee item at $60 per design hour. Design work begins once it's paid. Typical times: a medium change to an existing design is about 1 hour; a new topo map location is about 1 hour (non-textured) or 2 hours (textured).
4. Get your proof. I'll email a digital proof, usually within 3–5 business days of payment. 2 revisions are included. Please send all your changes together in each round. Additional changes beyond that are billed as extra design time at $60/hour.
5. Approve your proof. Nothing gets printed or cut until you approve the final proof in writing (an email reply is fine). After approval, it can't be changed.
6. Production and delivery. You order the vinyl, and I print and cut it. It ships (free shipping over $50 in the continental US) or I install it locally by appointment at $60/hour.

The fine print (please read)

• Design time is non-refundable once design work has started.
• What's a revision? A change to the approved concept, like adjusting size, color, font or spacing, or moving or removing an element. All changes sent together count as one round.
• What's a new design? A change in direction: a new concept, new artwork, a different vehicle or placement, or adding several new elements. A new design is quoted as a new project.
• Proofs are low-resolution and for review only.
• Your artwork: you confirm you have the right to use any logos or images you send. I can't reproduce trademarked logos without permission.
• Measurements: you're responsible for the dimensions you give me. Measure twice!

Use a soft tape measure and follow the curve of the panel. Measure the widest and tallest points. I can't give a final quote without sizes.
